Life changing for the misdiagnosed
I have spent 15 years attempting navigate my life through the lens of an improper diagnosis. My quirks, way of thinking, and disinterest for things that most people find tolerable, brought on so much shame that I was hospitalized for a mental breakdown over a decade ago. Finding and listening to Katy a year after I was diagnosed with ADHD was like someone grabbing me by the face and saying "I see you and I am right there with you".
