I’ve started listening to Katy’s podcast while randomly searching for any helpful podcasts on how to deal with anxiety and such. I’ve started doing research the past few months on how ADHD can affect women (thanks to TIkTok πŸ˜…) as I feel on some level it’s relatable to me, even though I’m not officially diagnosed yet but plan to in the near future. Even though some of the guests that she has interviewed are all high achieved and highly professional after listening to their experiences I have had β€œthe penny has dropped” moment. Im really enjoying listening to these podcasts and feel I’m getting some clarity understanding from listening to them, as they are also very informative with links to her website, helpful resources and the interviewers resources too. πŸ™‚

I LOVE this podcast! I’m recently diagnosed at age 53, after my child was diagnosed. My life and all the challenges I have faced now make more sense. Keep the episodes coming, and Thank You!
