AHA Moment!
I never write reviews. I don’t even do the simple “click the star to rate” because…..well ADHD and I just don’t. HOWEVER! I feel compelled to do so now and let you know that this pod cast has helped me so much. Recently diagnosed within a few months at the age of 40 and it is all making sense now. I look forward to episodes each time.
