I was recently diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 48. To say it has been overwhelming is putting it lightly. I am therefore so incredibly happy that I found this podcast. To have the opportunity to listen to the stories of other women that I can actually relate to is MIND BLOWING!!! I always assumed everyone sees the world like I do. But they don’t. To then find a tribe of other women whom I can relate to is so comforting.
