I needed some explanation, motivation, and compassion surrounding my ADHD symptoms.
I am a WOC in my thirties studying for the Bar. As a result of not being formally diagnosed I have had to advocate for myself as an adult which was very difficult. In Canada, diagnosis is very expensive ($3000-$5000) and a huge barrier to diagnosis. Ultimately, after 3 years I have finally secured accommodations. Thank you Katy for reminding me, I am a competent capable woman!
