Thanks a million Katy for helping lift a huge weight off my shoulders. Your excellent podcast has lifted my spirits immensely. Hearing the conversations with ADHD women of all ages has stopped my self judgement in its tracks and got me giggling along as I identify with the funny things we all seem to do. The biggest relief of my late ADHD discovery, is that I finally have the answer to a question that’s nagged me for 30 years. A friend once asked me... “How can someone so talented still be struggling?” And (after accepting the compliment) I thought to myself, Yeah, HOW COME ? The work you’re doing here is GOLD! x
