Helpful info but should be careful
I thought this podcast could really help me understand my ADHD and it has to an extent but at the same time I feel it can be dangerous. The Host seems to overly blame her diagnoses for everything. And believes fully in self diagnosis. The fact that she “knows” her children have it yet they haven’t been tested. Just because some people have qualities of ADHD does NOT mean they have it. I feel it gives some of us a bad rep because adhd has been so overly diagnosed.
