A relief and a joy
Just want to send a big thank you for the podcast - I’ve just been diagnosed with adhd at the age of 35 (after years of suspecting it…) and I feel relief as well as complete terror. Finding this podcast has helped to dissipate some of that fear and replaced it with a sense of hope and connection. I’ve been able to find an episode for pretty much every fear, question, peculiarity that has been making me feel isolated for so long. I’m so glad I found you!!

I can’t wait for new episodes with Katy. She has the best interviews with people I can really relate to. Awesome podcast. Keep up the good work. You’re making a huge difference!
