Very good conversations
I really like a few things about this podcast: 1. you learn a lot about women’s experiences and issues at work which you maybe never encountered and hence never thought about as an issue. 2. you get concrete and useful tips which you can apply if you’re in a similar situation. 3. the atmosphere of the conversations seem to be very friendly, open and relaxed. it sounds like both interviewers and interviewees have a good time. 4. there is no men bashing. recommendations are given for men as well as women, but the podcast is positive and not blaming or finger pointing.

What an amazing and fun podcast. I love how real and vulnerable the hosts are. Their guests are the best of the best! As a woman leader in higher education, everything hear resonates.
