“I'm not really sure where to begin. This podcast is just hilarious and wonderful and the characters are so great. It's great British comedy. The writers have an endless supply of great jokes related to funerals, death, and embalming that truly put the fun in funerals at least as well as Eric Chapman does. (I immediately had to wonder if the name of everyone's favorite undertaker--no, funeral director--was a nod to Monty Python.) The characters are brilliantly written and played so well. I especially love Antigone Funn and Georgie Crusoe. And nothing is better than an agnostic reverend in love with the mayor. Wooden Overcoats is enjoyable, hilarious, and inspiring and I highly recommend it. I hope they do get to make season 2!”Read full review »
