Best storytelling podcast I've heard
Love this podcast. There's a lot of hype right now around serialized podcasts, fictional and nonfictional, and this is my favorite fictional one that I've heard so far. A lot of people like The Truth and Limetown, but I think Wooden Overcoats has the levity and comedic timing that make it more convincing and seemingly effortless. It's much easier to get lost in the story because I'm not distracting myself with over analyzing the acting or the script or production. It's so good and funny that I just get lost in the jokes and story.Read full review »

For fans of British comedy- this is reminiscent of Cabin Pressure and is just a rollicking good time.

Was looking for something to listen to when I go for a run and stumbled across this. I absolutely adore it! I’ve only listened to the first 3 episodes and I’m looking forward to number 4 which I’ve just downloaded! It’s funny, witty and original and I’m glad I found it.
