“There are millions of big mouths who make offensives comments about politicians and political parties.
There's ONE excellent interview show with a well prepared, polite, well informed interviewer conducts memorable interviews with great comic creators. This is that show, and as such is a treasure. For whatever reasons, John Siuntres has decided to join the millions of angry politicos who take shots at the other party and uses his show for that purpose. Rush Limbaugh does it, but that's what his show's about. You tune into that show you know he'll be aking outrageous comments about Democrats. When you listen to John Siuntres's show, you expect to hear great interviews about comic books and creators. Politics comes up when it's relevant to the works. Unfortunately, John has chosen to join the Limbaughs and Olbermans of the world, using his show to let the listeners know he hates Bush and would like to punch him in the mouth etc. Sure, he's got a right to do it: it's a free country and a free show. Personally, though, I think it really hurts a show that used to be very special.”Read full review »
