“I know I missed my chance on the survey, but I'm not a fan of the new extended interviews about special interest items. It's nice to hear about the English dairy farmer in France; but I need a 10 minute interview about cheese as much as I need 5 minutes on the phone with a modeling agency in South Africa.
I think a good rule would be: As soon as a telephone interview uses the same words to answer more than one question, cut the interview off!
