“Alex's insight into the dynamics of a worship team are so helpful to me and how I look at worship. Having been on a worship team for a good portion of my life, it is so great to discover new ways to grow and improve. It is my joy to use the gifts God has given me for His glory. The biggest reason why I love this podcast so much is because it's all about giving Him all the glory; whether it's a Sunday morning set or our days at work throughout the week.

“This is more than just a podcast. What Alex has done here is create a classroom in your iPhone. It seems like with every episode you have a guest professor that is walking with you though learning to be a better leader, and better steward of the gifts God has entrusted us with. Wonderful podcast!”
