“Our 5-year-old loved the first episode and I really like the idea of an NPR producing a kid show. We'll be listening to the next episodes for sure.
While I loved the topics and the idea of the show, I agree with some of the other reviewers about the persona that Mindy takes on.
With as much work as we've all done to try and get girls engaged with STEM, I think there are a lot of better ways for a female lead to show up than as what sounds like a ditzy airhead. Possible you'd reconsider her character a bit? It's not awful -- just think it's a missed opportunity to do better.”Read full review »

“I was going to suggest this to some of the 8-9 year olds that I teach that LOVE Science, but this seems to be aimed for a younger age than them.
