Excellent show
First: I believe that 90-95% of people in prison are guilty. We might discuss the appropriate punishment for this crime or that crime, but they are guilty This podcast is about the small % who are innocent and, in many cases, should never have been brought to trial! These shows are NOT about someone who probably did it and there were questions about the case. No, these cases are "How in the heck did you ever get arrested??" While I still think that these miscarriages of justice are the exception to the rule, when someone is wrongly convicted of murder or rape, their life is ruined along with the lives of their friends and family. Meanwhile, the guilty party IS. STILL. OUT. THERE! AND SOMETIMES STILL COMMITTING VIOLENT CRIMES. We need enough police, courts, crime labs, prosecutors defense lawyers, courts and judges to prevent more, and preferably all, of the wrong convictions and darn sure catch the guilty ones. Sometimes, catching the right person means reopening a case.Read full review »
