“(I’m SO sorry for how long this is) Firstly, I'd like to say that I recently found your podcast about a month ago, and I have spent every day listening to an episode to get up to date. You guys are not only hilarious, but passionate, knowledgeable and entertaining. I am so grateful for the work you do.
I grew up with the original cartoon despite being a kid during the X-Men Evolution era, so getting this revival is so therapeutic and you guys make it all the more special. 🥹❤️
I did have a * few* questions about the globe randomly exemplifying Gambit's powers in this episode. Do you think Xavier is being given some sort of telepathic message about what has happened in Genosha, OR is it purely his being in the astral plane that makes him susceptible to the connection he has with Earth /“HIS” X-Men ? I'm an avid comic fan with unfortunately a lot of gaps in my understanding, so I’m sorry if this is a silly question. It just seemed so abrupt and gave me hope that Gambit may return or be resurrected as the horseman of death(he MUST or I WILL riot).
So even despite the change of the intro, is it possible Gambit may even still be sentient after his death and reaching out to Xavier?
