Let's talk about Xe-ee-na, all the good things and the bad things
Want to hear some genuine people talk about the awesomeness that was Xena Warrior Princess in the late 1990s, along with contemporary critiques, nostalgic adoration, film context, and hilarious insight? Listen up! At first I had to clench my teeth through the song choice for the 15 seconds (why no original Jo DeLuca here, ladies?!) and wonder if I was listening to Romey and Michele's take on XWP, but then I quickly saw that the women talking through the show are smart, funny, and entertaining. It's fun to revisit the show I loved so much as a pre/teen through this podcast. I listen during my lunch breaks and always look so silly smiling and laughing by myself because of it. I was usually embarrassed to talk about the show as a kid outside of little AOL messages, but it's fun that they embrace the good, the bad, the drama, the fun, and the realities of the show without taking things all TOO seriously. It's always well worth the listen.Read full review »

I recently discovered this podcast and love it. The insightful commentary has made me think new thoughts, and brought new life to one of my favorite shows. Quoting Xena, When Fates Collide, “You brought the world back to us.” (Xena said it first)
