Mental health as a brown woman
Just listened the first episode and Diane and Eddie had me crying the whole time. I could relate with many of the stories that were told. Living my early years in Colombia was hard, not understanding what was going on through my head and coping with unhealthy behaviors that I’m just starting to understand now. Thank you for showing us the real world, that we are all susceptible to mental health issues, and create awareness.
