Not for the close-minded
I enjoyed the few episodes that time has allowed me in my week. I think this is an excellent podcast of story-telling, vulnerability, and is for those with an open-mind and/or who can relate to the experiences being shared or for those who truly want to learn/hear various unique experiences. I think that non-white voices need to be heard and I learn so much more from those who can share personal experiences. I want to praise Diane for allowing something so personal be the first episode of the show. It’s bold, it’s raw, it shows the positives and negatives of having a conversation about mental health with family members who go decades without talking/identifying these issues. Thank you!

Wow
Hearing these stories unfold is like having someone take off a heavy coat I didn’t know I was wearing. Must listen content!
