Brilliant podcast
Having travelled to the Himalayas, this captured my imagination. It’s narrated by a yeti-mad adventurer and his more sceptical friend who attempt to prove the Yeti exists. Along the way they become immersed in the history, folklore and culture of the mountains. It’s as much a philosophical journey as it is a real one. It’s not only does the yeti exist, but also why do we need the yeti to exist? The music and soundscape are haunting and beautiful. I highly recommend.

More reviews of Yeti
The real mystery for me was how the two Yeti hunters managed to squeeze ten episodes out of content that was hard pressed to fill three. How the BBC were persuaded to commission this is possibly even more of a mystery. Yeti another example of licence payers money wasted.

Not really ground breaking and for the most part boring. The hosts seem void of any personality. Their attempts at humour we’re embarrassing. Don’t waste your precious time listening to this podcast.

I’m really loving this podcast. It builds lots of drama, and challenges the listener to consider that the yeti might be real. I really like how the focus is the stories of people and cultures in the Himalayas. The dynamic between Andy the believer and Richard the sceptic is really well done.
