Day 23 of self-isolation and the new uniform is Schmattas! Schmatta's usually refers to an old/raggedy item of clothing.  Blanche teaches me a bonus word of "Oysgeputst". Pronunciation: Oys (beginning of 'Oyster') - Ge: (beginning of guitar) - Puhts. 

A Gutte Neshuma (Goo-ten Nash-oh-ma) is a Menche among Menches. There are few higher compliments to pay someone. A Gutten Neshuma can be a famous figure, but also just as likely the unsung hero.  We are on day 17 of Social Distancing. We discuss how you can use the term this week, describing first responders.  As usual, we continue to stan Cuomo.
