Hallelujah!
Excellent resource for yoga and movement teachers! Thank you Jenni & Travis. They are well-informed on the current state of the science. The glutes as the magic muscle episode was a little snarky but that aside this podcast provides very valuable content. Keep up the good work, so grateful.

Have been loving this podcast — sooo much thoughtful content! My only feedback is for Jenni — she is frequently self-deprecating and overly deferential to the other host and guests… and I would love to hear more about HER thoughts and expertise as that is a huge element of the podcast!!

Great discussion! This is one of the few podcasts I have actually listened start to finish! I have been following Jennie for several years on Instagram and Facebook and has shown creative ways in moving your body. Keep up the good work. Thank you, Jennie.
