जाति , देश , काल , समय , अनवच्छिन्नाः , सार्वभौमा: , महाव्रतम्   • जाति - (उक्त यम) जाति • देश - देश • काल - काल (और) • समय - विशेष नियम (की) • अनवच्छिन्नाः - सीमा से रहित (और) • सार्वभौमा: - सब अवस्थाओं में पालन करने योग्य • महाव्रतम् - महाव्रत कहलाते हैं । उक्त यम जाति, देश, काल और विशेष नियम की सीमा से रहित और सब अवस्थाओं में पालन करने योग्य महाव्रत कहलाते हैं ।
