Excellent!
I've just started exploring Podcasts, and can't believe what's available. This yoga series is unbelievably detailed, interactive (answers viewer e-mail questions, etc) and easy to follow. Great to use at the health club before and after cardio equipment, or at home. You will learn a lot about yoga in general and individual poses. Really nice job!

This podcast is better than most videos you can buy in stores. Great for beginners but with challenges and great tips along the way. Show length is perfect- about 15 to 20 min per episode.
