“I use these podcasts on the days that I don't go running. They are about 20-30 minutes long which is perfect. Chaz posts new episodes every week, addressing themes given to him by listeners (such as yoga for your back, yoga for posture, yoga for tennis players, yoga for morning, etc.). I never thought I'd say this about a podcast person, but Chaz really cares about his viewers and is so genuine in what he does. There are always helpful instructions--it is good for beginners, but he always instructs how to make moves more challenging also for those more advanced. I am so thankful that Chaz keeps this going! I've used other yoga podcasts, but this is by far my favorite and the one I keep going back to!”
