Amazingly Honest
I’m always surprised - though I shouldn’t be- about the level of emotional intelligence and honesty that sports people are capable of. I retired as a Headteacher and cycling has really helped my transition - although I still do a bit of supply. Really interested by what Dean had to say and it was great to hear him talking so honestly about his experience.

It might be good but I couldn’t get past two blokes wittering on about football at the start. I’ve no interest in football although I’m sure they think it’s a “blokey” way to start.

Mr Brownlee was nice to listen to but really i do not understand what is being achieved here. The 2nd episode was all about this Bustard guy talking about himself and using swear words to pad out his sentences. The doctor seems like he knows his stuff so maybe he should just do his own podcast?
