“I’ve been listening from the beginning and haven’t missed an episode. Chinese learners are often either immersed (in China) or constantly maintaining a meticulously constructed immersion bubble (tons of tips for that in these shows). We often need some fresh air and English. The title rightly portrays what this show is - pure motivation. They inspire with reality rather than ridiculous guarantees. These guys never fly off into the Uber- or Anti- academic ditches. They continually reorient us learners according to our goals applying expertise both from experience and linguistic education to help us along our paths. 加油!”

“This podcast is very positive about people’s abilities to learn Chinese and it gives useful information about ways to more effectively learn Chinese.
