“Hey Pete,
Let me first start off by saying that this is the best podcast I've ever listened to. Granted, I have only listened to one other podcast, and it was not very good, so you already had the odds in your favor. Anyway, congrats. I'm a comedian that is just sort of starting out. I go to school at UCLA and I'm a senior, facing sort of a Demetri Martin-esque situation where I'm not sure what the heck I want to do with my life and don't necessarily want to throw my other career path away. At the time of writing this, I'm competing in the Laugh Bowl put on by the Laugh Factory, and have only gone on stage a handful of times in my life. Listening to your podcast has been invaluable in helping me think about what I want to say, and how I want to present myself as a comedian.
Anyway, the point of all of this is just to say great job, and if you would ever be willing to grab lunch sometime in LA just to have a conversation about comedy and life and whatnot it would absolutely make my day.
