“While there’s no shortage of information, books, blogs, stories, etc. about old Hollywood, Karina Longworth does what she does best by giving us something genuinely new with this podcast. Rather than just repeating the same old anecdotes, Longworth actually digs (and provides!) new angles on one of the most-covered industries of the 20th century, and each episode has been not only tremendously entertaining, but informative as well. (Doubt me? Check out the “Follies of 1938” episode.) Really hope this is something she continues for years to come. Great, great stuff….”
