“Ok, I feel for Brittni and her family’s story. It’s very traumatic and heartbreaking. But this is a podcast. With that being said, this podcast struggles to find a lane and stay in it. I get the concept that it’s the narrator’s “story” not the man’s who deceived her. But a good story has a beginning, conflict, and resolution. 7 episodes in and this podcast seems to be a drawn out vent session to find closure for this woman. Fair, but it makes no sense why this is getting so highly rated. It’s like 9 separate stories mashed into one. VERY hard to follow.
Also, the bits where her and the daughter are talking are hard to listen to. Not the content, but both of their voices and the constant interrupting are just unbearable.”
