“The story itself is very interesting but the delivery is far too similar to Dateline. What listeners love about podcasts like Serial, S Town or Dirty John is the authenticity and being able to follow the host’s journey to get to know the protagonist and all the parties involved. It’s full of real dialogues.
We are yet to see how this story would be told but the over-dramatisation is so far disappointing and cliche.”
