There is so much about women's nutrition, hormones, and basics about our bodies and cycles that were never taught to us growing up. Abby and Jillian break down the fundamentals in an easy to digest (and fun!) manner. Between the podcast and both instagram pages, I feel so much more knowledgeable about my body and how to tweak some practices to feel my best self.
