The hosts are clearly spoken and explain the topics well - while keeping the conversation focused and engaging. They are so knowledgeable on sport nutrition! This podcast is a must listen for endurance athletes who want an evidence-based approach to sport nutrition and/or who are confused by the myths on social media. Great job ladies!
