Excellent podcast
As a psychologist who works with eating disorders, I will now add this podcast to my list of must-hears (along with “Maintenance Phase”) for anyone who exercises and has a complicated relationship with food. It’s good to dispel all the diet myths out there, and the hosts do this in both an irreverent and scientific way, which I really appreciate.
