“I've loved this show and have been listening to it since the beginning. As a Louisiania native, I really enjoyed hearing John Folse talk about Creole vs. Cajun cooking on the Sir Mix-a-lot episode. (I was reared in Cajun Country...we don't put tomatoes in our gumbo...and we eat potato salad with our gumbo.) When I was a much younger man, I ate at Folse's first restaurant in Donaldsonville, which was located at the foot of the infamous "Sunshine Bridge."
