Being in marketing, we have all experienced that dreaded “oops” moment after we’ve hit send on an important email - forgetting to link an attachment, typos in the subject line, broken links, sending to the wrong email segment…we could go on. After you’ve taken a big breath and identified the mistakes in your campaign, the first step is determining whether it needs a response - will you send a follow-up email, apologise on social media, send a physical apology letter, or do all of those things?  One of the best things you can do is be prepared.
