Description
In this week's episode, Katie and I chat about "wintering". Wintering means honoring the body's natural rhythm of slowing down and going inwards during this colder time of the year. In winter, the trees lose their leaves, critters go underground and hibernate, and the world sleeps.. yet us humans bustle around busier than ever to accommodate the holidays and all the activities that go with it. In this episode, we talk what it means to "winter" and out favorite things we do for ourselves to find rest and recovery.
