“Life-changing. Mind-altering. Literally! These talks have helped guide me through the most profound personal transformation from self-obsessed narcissistic ego-creative depressive to an other-centered, mindful, helpful, considerate, peaceful, contented, mostly-calm and very nearly happy dharma enthusiast filled with loving kindness. The secret is: listen very closely, take notes, and ACT on the things that make the most sense. Just listening isn't going to help after the initial joy or euphoria wears off. It takes work. Everyday.
I've been listening for several years and have only been through about a tenth of the talks, only because each talk is so meaningful and packed with so many interesting and helpful thongs to practice.
Thank you Gil and all the others. You have truly helped me change my life for the better, for ever.”Read full review »
