“I've found these podcasts paticularly helpful.. I have to admit I was sceptical as the average joe not being in to the whole bhuddist zen thing I was plesantly surprised! Even so called meditation podcasts put me off, so I was just looking for comforting thoughts I could reflect on.. There's a paticular dude I like listening to here, you can find him on the letting go and restlessness podcast, the rest aren't quite to my taste, but have a listen before you download you'll suprised it's calming”Read full review »
