“I was a child and a teenager in Australia in the 60s and early 70s. I grew up against the backdrop of constant coverage of the Vietnam war and of American politics in general. Of course I was aware of Richard Nixon and the Watergate Affair but I really didn't understand the detail or the factors surrounding it.
This podcast was terrific. It filled in so many gaps, while bringing back memories that I had long forgotten. I was fascinated by Nixon's political career and of the personal demons that seemed to drive him. Who would have thought that I would end up appreciating the many impressive things he achieved ? He was a tragic figure to be sure.
I can't wait for the next nine episodes. Well done Royfield Brown.”Read full review »
