Comments about BACKchat podcast on Neuroplasticity and Brain Health
Hi Damo and Marcus. Thanks for the reference to our inaugural BACKchat podcast with regards the brains dealing with stress , interviewing our health expert - Functional Neurologist - Dr Paul Noone .It is so correct what you say that we are trained to search for fixated loops of Happiness. The brain actually requires activation of all emotions and all senses. When we understand that, we can relax more knowing that sometimes tears and being upset is not all bad for the brain ,when this occurs sometimes (not all the time). Look forward to hearing more about your Ikaria , Greece longevity tour in upcoming podcasts !!

More reviews of 100 Not Out
Pretty poor form to not watch the documentary before the interview and then make the discussion largely about yourself
