“Love your stuff. Thought I'd make a suggestion for a story. Zane Gray noted for Westerns wrote on other subjects...the ones I enjoyed the most were on baseball. In his book 'The Short Stop'
In the Chapter titled Sunday Baseball it gives an inspirational account and narration of why as Americans we love the game of baseball. Excellent topic for your show.
PS I discovered that not only was he a prolific writer...he had played baseball in college, wrote children's books and books about fishing...evidently an avid outdoorsman taking trips that lasted months....but he was a dentist!
No wonder I liked him.
