“I LOVE this podcast! I came upon it by chance and fell in love with it instantly. The stories highlighted are fun and relatively unknown or bring to light a new angle from a well-known history which makes them that much more intriguing. The narrator's voice is pleasant and makes me feel like I'm listening to some relative tell me stories around a campfire or dinner table. Give it a shot! “A bit too American for me. The presenter reads a rather rambling narration with some very strange pronunciations. He has no idea how to pronounce French words at all and it took me a long time to work out that when he was talking about myrrh, he meant mirror.
