The Cornwall Running Show is on Saturday April 8th at Heartlands from 9am to 4pm so why not take part in the Heartlands Parkrun first as it is on the same site. There are lost of things for you to see and do including guest speakers, yoga, pilates, guided runs, and their will be an array of exhibitors including the Cornwall Run Lab offering physio, Absolute 360 with their clothing range, Wild Running, the Green Runners, Mad Hatter Sports, Truro Running Club and many more. Speakers include Elsey Davis talking about her mid-winter record for the Bob Graham Round whilst laughter man Pete Cann will be running one of the many workshops. It's free to attend and free to take part in any of the workshops or guided runs.  This is episode 116 of the Running 44@60 podcast.
