Jack Rowe is a professional runner for Puma competing in distances from 1500 to half marathon and has an incredible 5,000m PB of 13:20. He shares insights into how he balances his training with regular racing to achieve optimum performance, his mindset on and off the track, how he deals with bad races and his views on the importance of focussing on the process.
