Glib to the point of misleading
I really wanted to like this show, and enjoyed several episodes on cases that I didn't go in knowing much about. But when they got to a handful of cases I had already read extensively about, I found they were either greatly misunderstanding or breezily misrepresenting important facts & concepts of the case, in a way that ruins my trust in their analysis & does the listener a disservice.Read full review »

The podcast is a extension of liberal perception of fairness and the law. The 5 judges voting conservatives are described as unfair and causing irreparable damage of also as racist while the 4 descending judges are ignored and considered right and upstanding..
