Unlistenable Arrogance
Other, better SCOTUS podcasts feature expert analysis from top lawyers with actual SCOTUS experience. Not sure if the hosts of this slog have even been inside the Supreme Court building. The first two episodes offer warmed-over "legal realist" analysis of cases that have been analyzed in more insightful and entertaining ways over the decades they have been on the books. I don't know who the audience for this self-satisfied, shallow gloss is, but it isn't me. Don't like being condescended to by the inexperienced.Read full review »

Some good points and interesting thoughts, but the fowl language turned me off pretty quickly. Also, all participants took the same side. Really appreciated that at least one presenter noted that retrictions on corporations conflict with rights of media corporations.

Less detailed than I’d have hoped but enjoyable and accessible.

Everyone on this podcast is really funny and does a really great job of explaining ridiculous SCOTUS decisions!
