Other, better SCOTUS podcasts feature expert analysis from top lawyers with actual SCOTUS experience. Not sure if the hosts of this slog have even been inside the Supreme Court building. The first two episodes offer warmed-over "legal realist" analysis of cases that have been analyzed in more insightful and entertaining ways over the decades they have been on the books. I don't know who the audience for this self-satisfied, shallow gloss is, but it isn't me. Don't like being condescended to by the inexperienced.Read full review »

Super funny, incisive and informative show. The hosts are witty and charming, love their spot-on case overviews and rapid fire jokes, really great stuff. Cheers to a packed court.
