“You know that feeling when Colonel Jessup says “You can’t handle the truth” in that documentary with the guy who ruined Oprah’s couch by jumping on it with his shoes on? Well. He was probably talking about this podcast because, let me tell you, there’s a lot of TRUTH in it. Insightful, funny, albeit a bit potty-mouthed. Had a great time listening with the kids--budding constitutional law scholars--on the drive back from “Sonic: The Hedgehog” (also GREAT!) the other day.”

“cool hosts and good analysis
kind of wish they would read more from the decisions; when they make a comment like “Thomas is usually a good writer, but he’s scattered and ranty here” it’s hard to see what their basis is for that. but I still think it’s great”
