I look forward to every episode of this podcast. In fact I wish there were more episodes! Gabe and Jackie are great hosts and I feel like they are my people because we have been through a lot of the same things. It’s also great that they both have a sense of humor even when serious issues are...Read full review »

Gabe and Michelle are incredible together and legitimately provided a unique podcast voice. The confidence, the honesty, the back and forth, and the pushing and pulling at each other, it was powerful. The new show is too focused on trying to be clinical and teach people things - there are an...Read full review »

Jackie and Gabe, thank you for talking about the issues close to our hearts for anyone living with mental illness and their support people. And frankly for people who want to know how to be a more empathetic person. I’m often driving to work while listening and all I can say is there are a lot of...Read full review »

The changeover from Michelle to Jackie was a wild ride and then a name change to boot! Wow! It's amazing they landed on their feet -- BUT. THEY. DID. The show is better than over, especially the Joker episode. I love they added pop culture to the mix and I love the show with the guest. MORE...Read full review »

I went looking for a mental health podcast recently, being diagnosed with bipolar at age 34. I was able to find episodes so relevant to my current issues, and learn things to help myself. Just last week I had an angry outburst, left the house and the episode about bipolar rage was sitting on my...Read full review »

It’s like having two best friends in your phone decoding the world of mental health in a way that is understandable, relatable and educational. The sarcasm, bad jokes, banter and use of realistic mental health vocabulary ‘no fluffy/sun-shiny descriptions’ make this podcast, show all the ins and...Read full review »

TERRIBLE podcast. The hosts have very little knowledge of mental health diagnosis. They laugh, make fun of mental health struggles and DO NOT take these matters seriously. One star is a stretch - zero stars would be more applicable. Also, the audio quality is horrendous. Not worth your time at all.
